Signature technology

Three ways a closure earns its place

01 — Security

Tamper evidence that reads at a glance

From "tamper-evident" technologies to cutting-edge valve systems, we invent and deliver safety closures that crush counterfeiting risk. These solutions instantly expose bottle tampering or actively block unauthorised refilling attempts.

02 — Connectivity

NFC and QR turn a cap into a channel

Near Field Communication allows manufacturers to interact directly with customers, offering personalised product information and creating a one-to-one connection between the end user and the brand — with authentication built in.

03 — Decoration

Lithography, foil, emboss, metallisation

We unlock extensive customisation through advanced decorative and printing techniques, combining multiple processes on a single closure to bring a brand vision to life.

The right closure is not the final step of bottling — it is the synthesis that preserves aroma, integrity and identity.

Sustainability

We innovate to shape sustainability

Our capacity for innovation is at the service of sustainability: it is the driving force behind every decision and enables us to grow more responsibly.

Aluminium is more than a completely recyclable material actively recovered in most recycling streams — through our commitment to Science Based Targets, we are systematically reducing its carbon footprint via a ten-year strategic plan.

How we work

From first sketch to the filling line

Co-invention

We start from your constraint — neck finish, line speed, market regulation — and invent around it, together.

Design

Designers and technicians shape material, texture and finish into a closure that carries your brand.

Engineering

In-house tooling turns the concept into an industrialised part, validated against your specification.

Delivery

Vertically integrated production from prepress to final run, with on-time delivery to your plant.

Common questions

Closures, answered

A tamper-evident closure shows visible, irreversible proof that a bottle has been opened — typically a band that separates on first use. A non-refillable closure goes further: an internal valve physically prevents liquid being poured back into the bottle, which is the mechanism that stops counterfeiters refilling genuine bottles with imitation product.

Aluminium screw caps with a selected liner. The liner governs oxygen transfer rate, so the choice determines how the wine evolves in bottle. Our consultants match liner permeability to your target ageing curve for both still and sparkling styles.

Our aluminium closures are produced with 52% recycled aluminium out of the total used. Aluminium is infinitely recyclable and is actively recovered in most recycling streams, which makes it a genuinely circular closure material.

Yes. Connected closures integrate NFC chips or QR codes into the existing cap format. We supply the closure alongside the bottling line adaptation, software, digital content and campaign activation, so the change is handled end to end rather than left with your engineering team.

Lithography, screen printing, pad printing, hot foil, embossing, specialised inks and metallisation can be combined on a single closure. Digital printing adds photographic-quality imagery with unlimited colour and reduced minimum order quantities, which suits small-batch and estate releases.

Yes. Our pharma range includes GL18 and PP28 closures with child-resistant (CRC) and tamper-evident (TE) options, plus compatible dosing inserts and CE-marked dosing cups and spoons for liquid and solid formulations.
