The joint venture
A century of Spanish craft, built here
Founded in 2012, we bring together over a century of Spanish closure manufacturing legacy from the Torrent Group with the reach and industrial depth of RJ Corp, one of India's largest beverage groups.
That pairing is the whole point. Spanish tooling and security engineering, proven across decades, running on Indian production scale — so a distillery in Rajasthan gets the same closure specification as one in Jerez, without the import lead time.

Three plants, four sales offices, one standard
The group manufactures in Spain — El Puerto de Santa María and Jerez de la Frontera — in India at Jaipur, and in Kenya at Nairobi, supported by sales offices in the USA, Colombia, Mexico and the United Kingdom.
The Jaipur plant occupies 8,800 m² of built space on a 13,000 m² plot at Mahindra World City, producing the Nip Top, Nip Standard and T200 closure models for the Indian alco-bev market and for export.

Investing ahead of demand
“Our Jaipur plant has been operating at 100% capacity utilisation for the last several months. Over the last one year, utilisation has been gradually increasing, prompting us to embark on a capacity expansion programme.
With each passing month we are increasing production capacity, especially for long closures used on 750 ml bottles. The demand from the market is very positive and Alisha Torrent will continue to invest in expanding production capacities over the next few years.”
